work away

I just realised that I will be away for a couple of nights so probably won't blog due to time constraints.

I'm spending a couple nights in Methven

lucky me

days and nights

at work.

We have four new people starting today

Annie - who I know from Lincoln Uni

Casey - who I know from her being in NZYF Otago/Southland leadership

Nisha - who I don't know at all

and Amanda - who I only know as much as I interviewed her but she seems really great.

We had three start already

Kim - organising us, she must like pushing water up hill

Nic - writing for us, is very on to it and works like a little beaver

Emma - being a bossy cow, not really, well not bossy with us, just other frustrating people. 

I like Emma best cause I was doing lots of her job and now I don't.

I do help a bit though.

I am looking forward to doing my own job this year.

Very much.

So today I get four new-ish friends

cause that's how we roll in my office.

Fun, challenge and a good laugh are our office rules

oh and lots of baking for morning tea.

Now if I can quickly get over ths little summer cold,

life will be great.
